Run to Feed Haiti - A ministry of Frederick Church of the Brethren and For His Glory Adoption Outreach to feed the orphans of  Maison des Enfants de Dieu and people in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Prior to January 12th and the earthquake, Haiti was the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere with 80% of the population living in  poverty and 54% in abject poverty. With the earthquake, these startling statistics can only be worse. 

Please do your part by running in the Frederick Running Festival May 1st and  2nd and make a difference in the lives of the Haitian people. They need your support more now than ever. Every dollar raised will go directly to the purchase of food. 

Runners may choose to run any distance from the 5K May 1st to the relay, half marathon or full marathon May 2nd. 

Runners who raise a minimum of $250 will receive a technical shirt and their race registration covered.
