We have been told that you will need to have filled out the Humanitarian Parole Forms I-131, Application for Travel Document and Form I-134, Affidavit of Support.

At this time, we have not been able to confirm this. However, to be sure you have everything you need, we are asking everyone to download and fill out these forms.  They are provided below. If it ends up that you don't need them, at least you were prepared in case.

Please fill these out and bring a hard copy with you.
